A bit of "sharing .. and giving.." #Joey Tribbiani

So, uhm..
yeah

I could start taking all kinds of groovy, conceptual or sophisticated pictures of Athens BUT
to be honest, I thought that I should just start sharing the ones I often take using my cell phone

Unpretentious and original.
Because, truth is, I am not going to climb over a hill to get me (or you, for that matter)
the prettiest photo of a very busy street, because, normally, this is not what you get when you are walking down the street.
Not always, at least.

So, I'm going to stick with REAL and see what comes of it
NYE, Kolonaki: To get the feeling, there is loud Xmas music on and half of the people you see in this picture are standing, having a drink at the cafeteria on your left. The other half are looking for another spot, presumably. [This is a picture of one of the main streets of Kolonaki- Tsakalof Street (stores and cafeterias, mainly). It was taken at 18.oo, that was closing time for all the stores] I took this picture because THERE WAS SO MUCH ENERGY, can you feel it?

The National Garden of Athens (formerly, the Royal Garden): It doesn't rain a lot in Athens and, when it does, we all run around covered below huge umbrellas in panic, heads down to protect our faces (=make-up, for the ladies -GUILTY AS CHARGED); on the day this picture was taken I was, too, but, for some reason I raised my eyes and saw this. Is it not beautiful?
Outside the Hilton hotel (I was going for the taxi congestion until I aimed a little higher- Moral: Keep your heads up!)
